**5. Returns and Refunds**
- **Returns**: We accept returns of products in accordance with our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Return Policy for detailed information on our return and refund processes.
- **Refunds**: Refunds are issued in the original form of payment and may take up to one month to process.
We accept complains in the next 24 hours after to received your product, we make refund only in some specific cases as the product is unfit state or not consumible, If the time (1 day) have gone by since your receive your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you should send us the products back. **You have to pay the cost of postage cost if you want to return something back to us.
Frozen/Refrigerated goods cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SALE items or gift cards.
-**Missing parcels**
Most parcels arrive on time. However, on rare occasions, some parcels may become missing during transportation. Parcels can get misplaced for a number of reasons, such as the shipping label becomes damaged, obscured or dislodged during the shipping process or there’s been an issue during parcel sorting. If this were to happen, a missing parcel investigation will be conducted by our delivery partner, and courier, but to make a claim we must to wait 10 calendar days as Royal Mail don't accept claims before this time, these investigations last between 7-14 days, after which your parcel will be recovered and delivered or a refund will be provided. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund your purchase until after the investigation has been carried out to completion.
