**Terms and Conditions**

**1. Introduction**

Welcome to Latin Products UK ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

**2. Use of Our Website**

- **Eligibility**: By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

- **Account Registration**: You may need to create an account to access certain features of our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

**3. Orders and Payment**

- **Order Acceptance**: All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or errors in your order.

- **Pricing**: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

- **Payment**: We accept various forms of payment, including Bank cards, credit or debit and PayPal. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use the method and authorize us to charge your order to that payment method.

**4. Shipping and Delivery**

We processes most orders within 24-48 business hours of confirmation of order. You should expect to receive your order anywhere from 2-3 days after we have sent you a shipment confirmation e-mail. We try to do everything in our power to ship as quickly as possible so you can receive your order quickly. However, there may be times when part of an order has to be backordered. In this case we will notify you and keep you updated along the way.

- **Shipping**: We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options and estimated delivery times.

- **Delivery**: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

*Mainland UK (Excluding Highlands, Northern Ireland & Islands)

Delivery rates and times will vary depending on postcodes and couriers.

Orders to Mainland UK:

Up to 2kg Royal Mail, 2 Working Days: £4.50-6.60

Up to 5kg Royal Mail, 1 Working Day: £7.00 

Up to 10kg Royal Mail, 2 Working Days: £7.70  

We will send the order after 2pm from Monday - Friday

**Tracking**:

We currently send Standard parcels with Royal Mail.

**UK Delivery Exceptions:**

There are some post codes excluded from normal delivery times in the UK. This means the delivery may take longer than 24 or 48 hours or the service may not be available at all. This will be taken into account in the estimated delivery time.

**5. Returns and Refunds**

- **Returns**: We accept returns of products in accordance with our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Return Policy for detailed information on our return and refund processes.

- **Refunds**: Refunds are issued in the original form of payment and may take up to one month to process.

We accept complains in the next 24 hours after to received your product, we make refund only in some specific cases as the product is unfit state or not consumible, If the time (1 day) have gone by since your receive your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you should send us the products back.

Frozen/Refrigerated goods cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SALE items or gift cards.  

You have to pay the cost of postage cost if you want to return something back to us.  

-**Missing parcels**

Most parcels arrive on time. However, on rare occasions, some parcels may become missing during transportation. Parcels can get misplaced for a number of reasons, such as the shipping label becomes damaged, obscured or dislodged during the shipping process or there’s been an issue during parcel sorting. If this were to happen, a missing parcel investigation will be conducted by our delivery partner, and courier, but to make a claim we must to wait 10 calendar days as Royal Mail don't accept claims before this time, these investigations last between 7-14 days, after which your parcel will be recovered and delivered or a refund will be provided. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund your purchase until after the investigation has been carried out to completion. 

**6. Intellectual Property**

- **Ownership**: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Latin Products UK and is protected by intellectual property laws.

- **Use**: You may use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or transmission, of the content is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

**7. Limitation of Liability**

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LATIN PRODUCTS UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our website; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our website by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our website; and/or (f) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

**8. Governing Law**

These Terms and your use of our website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

**9. Changes to These Terms**

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

**11. Return Policy and Refund Policy**

**Damaged Orders:**

Although we do our very best to pack every order with care, there are times when a package might get damaged during it's journey to your door.

If your goods arrive in an unfit state, please refuse delivery and contact us so we can resend your order quickly and report the damage.

If you are unable to refuse the delivery and your goods do not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Photographic evidence of damage is required and the return of the damaged item in order to request a replacement or refund.
